You're probably wondering if this is possible? I completely understand you!
Have you ever wondered why, despite endless attempts and countless hours spent on the ice rink, you can't achieve the level of figure skating you desire?
This journey doesn't have to be a solitary one. I'm here to help you break through these challenges by offering more than conventional training sessions.
You've likely encountered many promises of quick fixes on the path to improve your skating skills – various methods and techniques promising instant results. However, I want to emphasise that my approach does not rely on any utopian "turbo-techniques." Instead, I focus on the fundamental skating skills essential for reaching a higher level in figure skating. Excellent skating skills, expression, confidence, joy, and inner peace create a solid foundation from which everything starts.
Initial admiration quickly turns to disappointment when the first cracks appear, and the house begins to lose stability. Your investments depreciate if you neglect the most important element – a solid foundation. Without it, even the most impressive structure will eventually start to crumble, inevitably leading to its destabilisation. Thus, only a solid base allows for the realisation of dreams without limits.
Similarly, in figure skating, without strong fundamentals, you won't reach a higher level or incorporate advanced elements.
How do I know this?
I've experienced it, working hundreds of hours in ice rinks with skaters from all over the world. Every day I spend many hours working with athletes. The necessity to return to basics is indispensable regardless of the level of advancement. Even the best skaters, with whom I had the great pleasure to work with, were amazed at how much more they could achieve by focusing on the fundamental aspects of skating. Many years of experience and expertise are the foundation on which you can now build your skating aspirations, reaching the level of excellence you've always dreamed of, and my proprietary ...
My proprietary approach, combining individual teaching methods with a holistic perspective, is primarily focused on the correct fundamentals of skating skills.
My goal is to smoothly transition you from your current development point to achieving new quality and significant results that will elevate your skating skills to an entirely new level.
Without solid foundations, progress remains an illusion.
Before we delve into the details of my unique mentoring program ICEskatERA, let me ask you a question that could forever change your approach to figure skating.
It may seem like just another stage in your sports journey. At first glance, it's probably about improving your skating technique, winning medals, or maybe strengthening your physical condition. But let me show you a deeper dimension of this journey.
You're simply seeking FREEDOM, right? – extraordinary freedom of expressing yourself on the ice, freedom from the limitations that have weighed on your mind and body, hindering the achievement of your true potential.
Perhaps you're also looking for CONFIDENCE – confidence that extends beyond the ice rink and transfers to every aspect of your life. You want to be the person who walks through the world with unwavering certainty, regardless of the challenges encountered.
Let me guess, you strive for RESPECT – respect from others, but most importantly, from yourself. You desire to be a symbol of determination, passion, and excellence, not only for your loved ones but for everyone watching your skating journey.
Or maybe, you simply want to just REALISE YOUR DREAMS– whether it's winning a gold medal at competitions or breaking your own limits, proving to yourself that you're capable of more.
Do you really want to achieve the level of excellence you've always dreamed of, both on and off the ice?
If your answer is "YES", then you must be ready for the commitment necessary to achieve these goals. Without your determination and willingness to work, this transformation will remain just a dream.
I don't make empty promises.
My experience as a two-time Olympian and coach working daily with athletes at various levels of advancement has allowed me to create a program that goes beyond teaching skating skills. I focus on the mental and emotional development of each participant.
It's time for a change in approach!
Elevate your skating skills to a New Dimension and express Your True Self on the ice.
Discover my proprietary mentoring program ICEskatERA with me, combining an individual approach with modern teaching methods and a holistic perspective, to smoothly guide you from your current point in development to achieving new quality and significant results that will skyrocket your skating skills to an entirely new level. A holistic approach to figure skating training, which includes not only technical aspects but also mental, physical, and emotional preparation, is crucial for success at the highest level.
Do you think Yuzuru Hanyu could have achieved so much without comprehensive preparation? This two-time Olympic champion from Japan is an example of a skater whose successes stem from a combination of exceptional technical skills, strong mental fortitude, and unwavering passion for skating. Hanyu is known for his holistic approach to training, which includes not just countless hours spent on the ice but also mental training, work on artistic expression, and focus on mental health. His ability to concentrate and handle pressure at crucial moments in competitions is a direct result of this comprehensive preparation.
Surely, you realise that the French ice dance couple, Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron, would not have achieved their spectacular, global success without a holistic approach to training. Their extraordinary expression on the ice, technical perfection, and ability to convey emotions result not only from countless hours of technical training but also from working on mental and emotional aspects. Papadakis and Cizeron always emphasise the importance of balance between body and mind, which allows them to continuously push the boundaries in ice dance.
What about Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir? They became famous for applying a holistic approach to training throughout their long and brilliant career. Their ability to create unforgettable programs that combine technical perfection with deep artistic expression is the result of not only on-ice work but also off-ice efforts. Virtue and Moir placed significant emphasis on mental preparation, which helped them handle pressure and expectations, especially during the Olympic Games.
You must also remember the figure skating legends and the famous Bolero. The British ice dance couple, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean, who won the Olympic gold medal in 1984, also became known for their holistic approach to skating. Their legendary performances, including the famous dance to Maurice Ravel's "Boléro," were the result of not only excellent skating skills but also a deep understanding of music, work on expression, and strong mental preparation. You'll probably agree with me that Torvill and Dean showed that skating is more than a sport – it's an art requiring a comprehensive approach.
Emotional preparation and a strong psyche are just as important as honing skills on the ice.
It's precisely the lack of a holistic approach to training that often becomes the cause of failure. My experience shows that neglecting mental, emotional, and psychological aspects is a common mistake that can hinder the progress of even the most talented skaters.
My proprietary mentoring program ICEskatERA was created precisely to break this pattern. I designed it to balance technical development with equally important elements of mental preparation. In my work with athletes, I place great emphasis on building a strong psyche, stress management, developing confidence, and perseverance. This holistic approach to training opens the door to the full range of possibilities, allowing the achievement of goals that seemed out of reach.
I am convinced that focusing not only on perfecting skating techniques but also on strengthening mental and emotional aspects is the key to achieving dreams. In ICEskatERA, each athlete learns how important it is to combine the strength of body and mind in pursuit of excellence. I invite you to work together, which will open new perspectives for you and allow you to fully realize your skating aspirations, with a strong mental foundation as the basis for success.

Let me introduce you to the story of my passion, which is the foundation of the unique ICEskatERA mentoring program, of which I am the creator. My adventure with skating began over 40 years ago, and since then, as a competitor, a two-time Olympian, coach, and choreographer, I have gathered extensive experience that has allowed me to create a program that meets the needs of skaters at every level of advancement.
Creator of the ICEskatERA Mentoring Program
Experience and Achievements: My skating career is a path filled with international successes. I have represented Poland twice at the Winter Olympic Games, won the title of World Junior Champion and Vice Champion. I have participated in European and World Championships multiple times, placing in the top ten of the best dance pairs. My achievements include medals in the Grand Prix series competitions. I am also the creator of the "Tea Time Foxtrot," a dance that has been included in the compulsory dance canon of the International Skating Union (ISU). Additionally, I am an ISU Technical Specialist for ice dance.
As someone who has dedicated their life to figure skating, I have traversed the path from competitor, through coach and choreographer to technical specialist, gathering experiences that have enabled me to create a unique mentoring program.
This program is my response to the needs of skaters at every level of advancement who desire not only to perfect their skills but also to reach the fullness of their potential both on and off the ice.
My experiences, international successes, as well as my proprietary approach to teaching and the holistic development of a skater, make me the ideal guide on your path to mastery.
Professionalism and Innovation: My teaching methods combine tradition with modernity, offering a holistic approach to training. I have extensive experience as a coach, choreographer, and technical specialist, which allows me to effectively guide skaters through the entire training process – from learning the basics to specialized training at a high-performance level, in all skating disciplines, though my love is for Ice Dance and Solo Dance. I work in three languages: Polish, Russian, and English, opening the program to participants from around the world.
Holistic Approach: My training philosophy is based on a holistic approach to the development of a skater. Having completed degrees in physiotherapy and pedagogy, I can fully support my charges not only in technical aspects but also in health, psychological, and educational matters. I strive to ensure that every skater, regardless of their experience, can develop in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Individual Approach: The key to success is the personalization of training, tailored to the unique needs and goals of each skater. I understand that each skater is unique and requires a personal development path, which is why my training sessions are adjusted to individual needs and goals. This allows for maximizing potential and achieving individual training plans.
Passion and Inspiration: Figure skating is not just my profession but a lifelong passion. My goal is not only to impart technical knowledge but also to inspire continuous development, pushing one's limits, and realizing dreams. By choosing to work with me, you join a community of people who share a common passion and pursuit of excellence.
